The current form and technical solution for the building has been developed gradually over several years since 2007. The ambition to become the tallest building in the country came only when the investor discovered that the design was only a few metres shorter than the existing tallest building in the country. The technologies used in this project are arguably more significant than the height of the building, as is the architectural design and the overall concept of the building, which emphasises energy efficiency. This is a developer project. The building contains shops, a restaurant, a café and a large fitness centre on the lower floors. As well as offices that are situated in the tower and apartments that can be found on the upper floors.
