Since 2019, we have been working together with four architectural teams and 4ct on the development of the Trnitá Southern Quarter in Brno. Our design includes 3 compact city blocks with apartments, offices and shops between the streets Uhelná, Opuštěná and the future Boulevard. In the middle of the city blocks there are public and semi-public parks, that were designed by Zdeněk Sendler and Eva Wágnerová. DPK Atelier is in charge of the area’s traffic solutions. The construction of this extensive set of buildings is divided into several stages.
